🏠 Zone 0 — The Buildings

The historic stone ruin and future living/research center. Adaptive reuse with passive solar design, hempcrete extensions, and rainwater harvesting integrated into the structure.

Intensive annual and perennial food production surrounding the buildings. Raised beds, herb spirals, companion planting, and greywater irrigation systems.
